1.  Check your name & merit number in the College-Wise Selection List for Admission to Private Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in Punjab as displayed by University of Health Sciences (UHS) on its website.
2. Admission Process:

Step 1: Successful selected candidates are required to contact UMDC admissions office within 3 working days to submit their fee & documents.

Step 2: Selected candidates must bring the following documents in ORIGINAL along with 03 sets of photocopies.

1. CNIC / B-Form (Student)
2. CNIC (father/guardian)
3. Passport / Residence permit in case of foreign student
4. Domicile
5. Certificate of Matric/Equivalent
6. Result card of FSc / A-Levels/ Equivalent
7. IBCC Equivalence Certificate (A-Level candidates only)
8. MDCAT Result
9. 2 Stamp Papers of Rs 100 each
10. 12 Passport size pictures of applicant with blue background

Step 3: After verification of the credentials, candidates are required to submit the fee within three days of admission confirmation, failure to which will result in admission offer cancellation.
