The UMDC Annual Sports Fest 2025 was a remarkable celebration of sportsmanship and unity. The inauguration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by the flag-hoisting and lighting of the flame ceremonies. Distinguished guests included Prof. Emeritus Dr. A.G. Rehan, Prof. Dr. Aman Ullah Malik, Rector of TUF, Prof. Dr. Akram Malik, Principal of UMDC, and others who were also in attendance.
With exciting competitions in cricket, badminton, table tennis, and various races, the event brought together students from all disciplines. Faisalabad Medical University triumphed in cricket, while UMDC shone in badminton and table tennis. The track events featured impressive performances, with Shiza Munir and Eman clinching gold medals in their respective races. A thrilling Tug of War match also added to the day’s excitement, with FMU emerging as the champions. Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Faisal Bilal Lodhi, Principal of FMU, graciously distributed prizes among the winners, acknowledging their outstanding performances and sportsmanship.
