Facilities of the Prosthodontics Department

1. Clinical Facilities

• Undergraduate Clinical Area: Fully equipped dental units for undergraduate training with standard prosthodontic instruments and materials.
• Implant Surgery Room: Sterile, fully equipped operatory for implant placement, guided surgery, and advanced prosthodontic procedures.
• Complete Denture and RPD Clinics: Specialized units for impression making, jaw relations, trial, and delivery of removable prostheses.

2. Diagnostic & Imaging Facilities

• Intraoral Radiography (RVG) Unit
• OPG / Cephalometric Imaging Access (in collaboration with Radiology Department)
• Facebow, Articulators, and Occlusal Diagnostic Instruments

3. Laboratory Facilities

• Complete Denture & Partial Denture Laboratory: Model trimmers, plaster dispensers, flasks, articulators, and curing units.
• Crown and Bridge Laboratory: Ceramic oven, casting machines, burnout furnace, surveyors, and precision instruments.
• Maxillofacial Prosthetics Lab Access: For fabrication of facial prostheses, obturators, and special appliances.
