Facilities

Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology  has all the components necessary for teaching & training of students at the undergraduate level. These include but not limited to:

• State of the art Museum having 3D models, Human bones & skeletons, Autopsy sets, Assault weapons, different toxicological specimens, medicolegal x-rays & more than 100 Dura pictures. Museum walls are decorated with educational materials on display in the form of charts.
• Well-equipped Biological Laboratory having high-power binocular microscopes, Spectroscope, Ultraviolet Lamp, in addition to routine equipment & slides.
• Three well-furnished offices with personal computers for faculty members & paramedical staff.
• A departmental library with a wide range of text books and journals.
• Spacious lecture theatre which is well-resourced with latest multimedia along with UPS facility as a backup.
