ENT Department of Madina Teaching Hospital has made great progress since its inception in 2004. It is affiliated with University Medical and Dental College, University of Faisalabad for undergraduate medical education. Madina Teaching Hospital is a 700 bed teaching hospital. It is the only fully equipped hospital in the private sector in Faisalabad which is providing free medical care to all irrespective of cast, creed and social status. The availability of modern and up to date equipment is the result of dynamic motivation of the respected chairman and kind patron ship of the worthy principal, Professor Dr. Aamir Ali Chuhdary. It would be unjust not to mention the contributions of Dr. Akram Malik, vice principal and Dr. Rana Bashir M.S MTH who took personal interest in the development of the ENT department and provided his full and kind support. ENT unit is a 40 (20 male / 20 female) bedded unit equipped with the latest modern facilities. It is the only unit in Faisalabad which in addition to routine surgeries is conducting high profile and latest surgeries like Endoscopic sinus surgery and Tympanoplasties. It has additional responsibilities of teaching clinical classes of 3rd and 4th year of MBBS. It has liaison with other surgical specialties of not only Madina Teaching Hospital but also with Allied and District Headquarter Hospital of Faisalabad. It is also recognized for post graduate training in FCPS with the College of Physicians and surgeons, Pakistan.
