Dr Saba is working as an professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics, University Medical and Dental College (UMDC), Faisalabad, Pakistan. She did her graduation (MBBS) from The University of Health Sciences, Lahore and post-graduation from Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Shaikh Zayed hospital, Lahore, Pakistan. Recently, she has completed her PhD from UHS, Lahore. Dr Saba has interest in teaching and research and has several published articles in national and international journals. Her research area is osteoporosis, its management, and the involvement of proteins and hormones in the development of osteoporosis. She is also involved in research related to endocrinology. Currently, Dr Saba is teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses at UMDC. She has attended many national and international conferences and symposia. She has also written book chapters regarding osteoporosis and cancer chemotherapy in internationally recognized books. In future the department aspires to do clinical trials for the betterment of humanity.
